Halon 1301 Replacement

Noah®5112 fire protection fluid has been developed as a Halon 1301 replacement alternative to HFCs, HCFCs, and PFCs in special hazard, high value applications. It has unique qualities that end use safety and environmental sustainability.

Noah®5112 fluid is low in toxicity and environment impact. It is a liquid at room temperature, with a low vapor pressure, which allows for ease in handling, storage and shipping.

Stored as a liquid but expelled as a gas, Noah®5112 fluid is easy to handle, field rechargeable and requires about the same number of cylinders as halocarbon agents.

Noah®5112, which looks exactly like water, but does not cause the type of damage associated with water when putting out a fire. This Noah®5112 system provides the ideal solution for hospitals, museums, libraries, telecommunications centers and other facilities seeking to protect critical assets that could be damaged by ordinary fire suppression systems. The system is able to detect fire at invisible levels, identifying particles of combustion before they turn into damaging flames.
