Noah®7300's boiling point, wide liquid temperature and low temperature viscosity make it an ideal choice for cooling ion implanters, dry etchers and CVD machines and data center immersion cooling. Noah®7300 fluid can effectively reduce the corrosiveness of solvents and can also effectively inert the flammability of the mixture. In addition, the chemical and thermal stability of Noah®7300 fluid helps it to be used as a reaction medium.
