◆Introductions:
Noah®7300 Fluid is a clear, colorless, odorless fluid useful in a wide variety of applications, including data center liquid cooling, heat transfer, lubricant deposition, electronic testing and cleaning.
Noah®7300 is a non-flammable, thermally stable, non-ozone depleting segregated hydrofluoroether. It has a very low global warming potential and does not contribute to the formation of photochemical smog. The product is recommended for use as a replacement for perfluoropolyethers (PFPEs), perfluorocarbons (PFCs), hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), and hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs). This makes Noah®7300 fluid a useful tool in meeting commitments for greenhouse gas emission reduction. Its boiling point, wide liquid range and low-temperature viscosity make it ideal for cooling ion implanters, dry etchers, and CVD machines.
Noah®7300 fluid is effective at data center liquid cooling, at mitigating the aggressiveness of solvents and at inerting the flammability of blends. Its chemical and thermal stability also make it useful as a reaction medium.
