1. The installation site of the gas fire extinguishing device shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The ambient temperature is: -10~+50℃, and keep it dry and well ventilated (relatively sealed when venting and extinguishing);
(2) The air should not contain explosive, conductive dust and harmful substances that can corrode parts, otherwise it should be protected;
(3) The bottle station should be set up in a space that is easy for people to approach, easy to enter and exit, and not easy to cause fire;
(4) The frame of the bottle group must be fastened with anchor bolts.
2. According to the GB50370-2005 national standard "Code for Design of Gas Fire Extinguishing System", the installation, operation and use of this fire extinguishing system should be handled by professionally trained personnel.
3. The personnel who install, debug and use this fire extinguishing device should be familiar with the basic structure, working principle, performance and operating procedures of this device, as well as the structure and working status of each valve.
4. When installing the low-pressure safety leakage valve components in the system, it should be installed near the starter bottle group to prevent slow leakage and start the fire extinguishing system.
5. It is strictly forbidden to connect the start valve with the start pipeline during the installation process and before delivery of the fire extinguishing system.
6. The safety cap is installed at the outlet of the container valve (bottle head valve) to prevent collision during transportation and installation and opening the container valve (bottle head valve). It is not connected with the connecting pipe before the equipment is transported, installed and opened. It is forbidden to remove it.
7. Before the fire extinguishing device operates, all staff must evacuate the scene within the delay period. After the fire is extinguished, the fan must be started first, and the staff can enter the scene after exhaust gas is discharged.
8. The storage bottle should be kept away from the heat source. During transportation, load and unload with care to prevent collision, lying down, and upside down. Rolling transportation of steel cylinders is prohibited.
9. For replacement of new diaphragms and safety sheets, the manufacturer must supply the same material type, shape, size, and thickness of the original diaphragm, and the finished product that has passed the test can be installed in the valve. Untested membranes must not be used at will Film substitute.
10. During disassembly and assembly, avoid scratching the surface and affecting the appearance.
11. Irrelevant personnel should not mess with the parts of this fire extinguishing device to avoid accidents.
12. Filling method of fire extinguishing agent:
(1) The fire extinguishing agent must be filled by a professional gas manufacturer.
(2) Before disassembling the fire extinguishing agent bottle group from the system, the pneumatic or electromagnet starting device on the bottle group must be removed. Especially the fire extinguishing agent bottle group that requires maintenance, because there may be pressure in the bottle group. Safety caps should be installed at the outlet of the container valve (bottle head valve) of the repaired fire extinguishing agent bottle group.
(3) It should be handled with care during disassembly and handling, loading and unloading, and large vibration and bumps should be prevented during transportation to avoid damage to the components of the fire extinguishing agent bottle group. Pay more attention to the repaired fire extinguishing agent bottle group.
(4) Perform visual inspection on the parts of the fire extinguishing agent bottle set. If damaged, replace and repair the damaged parts. After confirming that a safety cap has been installed at the outlet of the container valve (cylinder head valve) of the fire extinguishing agent bottle group, fill the cylinder with compressed air or nitrogen at rated working pressure, and do an air tightness test. Only after the test is qualified, the fire can be filled Medicament.
(5) Weigh the empty bottle and fill it with fire extinguishing agent. First, the vacuum is drawn, and then the heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent of rated weight is filled, and the driving gas nitrogen of specified pressure value is filled at the rated temperature.
(6) Put the filled fire extinguishing agent bottle set into the water to do an air tightness test, and it is qualified if no air bubble leaks within 5 minutes.
