The high-expansion foam fire extinguishing agent is supplied by a water pump with pressure water through a proportional mixer to form a mixture at a ratio of 3%, and is delivered to the generator under pressure. When the pressure mixture passes through the nozzle and is impacted, it rotates quickly to drive the fan to generate wind flow and blow up. The mixed liquid produces foam clusters to cover the fire point, cool down, and extinguish oxygen. It can also protect the safety of on-site personnel. You can also unscrew the hose connection buckle connected to the high-power generator and connect the foam gun for distance extinguishing.

When using high-expansion foam to extinguish fires, care should be taken to prevent the gas entering the high-expansion foam generator from containing burned gas, smoke and acid gas, so as not to destroy the foam. It is mainly suitable for fighting non-water-soluble combustible, flammable liquid fires and general solid material fires (such as fires flowing from oil tanks to fire dikes or flammable liquids leaking from rotating machinery, etc.), as well as warehouses, hangars, Fires in limited spaces such as basements, underpasses, mines, ships, etc. When the storage tank of cryogenic liquid such as liquefied natural gas leaks, high-expansion foam can also be used to prevent vapour volatilization and fire. Because it has a small specific gravity and good fluidity, it can be transported to a high or far place to extinguish fire under the action of the airflow that generates foam and through appropriate pipelines. When the oil tank is on fire, the upward air lift above the oil tank is very large, but the specific gravity of the foam is very small and cannot cover the oil surface, so high-expansion foam fire extinguishing agent cannot be used to extinguish the oil tank fire: but for the small amount stored indoors Water-soluble flammable liquid fires can sometimes be extinguished by flooding.

In order to ensure effective fire extinguishing, the fire extinguishing agent manufacturer should calculate the necessary number of generators in the cubic area of the protection space during design. The installation height of the generators should not be lower than the protected object to prevent back pressure from affecting the normal foaming of the generator. The use of high-magnification agents can ensure that there is no remaining foam in the generator. After the fire is extinguished, the residual foam group is blown away and washed with a fan to restore the original appearance of the scene.
