Noah®5112 fluid is applied as a gas, but is liquid at room temperature. It is electrically non-conducting in both the liquid and gaseous state. The breakdown voltage of Noah®5112 fluid vapor under saturated conditions at 1 atm, 21⁰C over a 2.7 mm electrode gap is 15.6kV, nearly 2.3 times that of dry nitrogen.

Environmental protection property of Noah®5112:
1.Noah®5112 is a new generation environmentally friendly fire extinguishing agent. The GWP of Noah®5112 is 1 compared to GWP 3500 of HFC-227ea. It means the greenhouse gases discharge of Noah®5112 is only 1/3500 of HFC-227ea’s.
2.The atmospheric life time (ALT) is 5 days of Noah®5112 compared to 36.5 years of HFC-227ea.
Noah®5112 has huge environmental advantages against HFC-227ea.
3.In Dec., 2015, nearly 200 contracting parties of UNFCCC concluded The Paris Agreement on COP 21 in Paris. The mainly objective of the agreement is to control the rising of global average temperatures.
4.In Oct, 2016, 28th contracting parties’ conference of Montreal Protocol Substances at Deplete the Ozone Layer approved “Kigali Amendment”, in order to reduce discharge of greenhouse gases HFCs. Each contracting party agreed to include HFCs in the limited control lists. Over 100 developing countries will freeze the consumption of HFCs from 2024, and will start cut down progress from 2029.
